Operate machinery to manufacture and repair gas turbine engine components (disassembly, vibratory tumble, blending, peen, grit blast, encapsulate, masking/prep, vane install) and operate CMM according to instructions;
Perform routine preventative maintenance on machines and perform related labor tasks;
Prepare quality documents and verify product quality using inspection tools against specifications;
Adhere to 5S and CPEX policies and maintain a continuous improvement mindset;
Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions; work effectively in a team
