Set up, operate, and maintain CNC and manual machine tools to fabricate or repair precision components within tight tolerances;
Analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machine setups, procedures, and machining sequences, applying GD&T;
Utilize precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, pi tapes) to inspect parts and ensure specifications;
Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, and materials onto machines; adjust feeds, speeds, and tool offsets as needed;
Maintain inspection documentation and production records; adhere to safety and environmental policies
