I'm currently partnering with a global consumer goods company on a confidential executive search for a Plant General Manager to lead a greenfield manufacturing project in the United States.
This is a unique opportunity to build a manufacturing operation from the ground up and play a key role in the company's global expansion strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the establishment and operational launch of a new manufacturing facility
- Build and develop a high-performing local organization
- Drive operational excellence, productivity, quality, and safety

- Greenfield, factory start-up, expansion, or major transformation experience
