Industrial Maintenance Technician (Plastics

Are you an experienced multi-craft / electro mechanical maintenance technician looking for growth? We are looking for an individual who can take their 3+ years of experience as and industrial maintenance technician and take the next step in their career with a company who will double their equipment and production in the next two years. This role is designed to grow with the company.

• Night Shift (6p-6a, 2-2-3 schedule)
• $30-35/hour based on experience
• Plastics Injection Molding - helpful
• Electrical/Electronic Experience - Required.

salary: $62,400 - $72,800 per year

• Ability to lead others - this position is designed for growth with the company
• Experience with planning, scheduling, vendor management, supply ordering
• Troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical (this includes high voltage, plc, vfd, hmi)
• Experience with aCMMS - documentation of work orders, inventory, etc.
• Safety Checks of the following
  -cranes, lifting systems, gates, E-Systems, cooling unit, ventilation systems
• Experience with installs, rebuilds and tear downs of manufacturing equipment
• Ensure that maintenance is supporting production, reducing down time
• Training and coaching
• On-call rotation flexibility (rotated out and optional) service to ensure smooth production
• Experience with and knowlege of preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, reactive maintenance
• Compliance with measures aimed at ensuring occupational safety, hygiene and accident prevention
• Experience with injection molding and plastics is preferred
