• Current, unrestricted RN license
• Previous clinical experience in a school or pediatric setting
• Familiarity with common childhood illnesses, allergies, and emergency response procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, staff, parents, and external healthcare providers
• Strong organizational and recordkeeping abilities
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred

• Provide direct nursing care and first aid to students and staff as needed
• Manage medication administration and maintain accurate health records
• Implement and monitor health plans for students with chronic conditions
• Educate students and staff on wellness, hygiene, and disease prevention
• Participate in the development of emergency response plans
• Serve as a liaison between families, staff, and local health agencies
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethical standards
