Preferred Qualifications- Current, unrestricted RN license
- Previous clinical experience in a school or pediatric setting
- Familiarity with common childhood illnesses, allergies, and emergency response procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with educators, staff, parents, and external healthcare providers
- Strong organizational and recordkeeping abilities
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Provide direct nursing care and first aid to students and staff as needed
- Manage medication administration and maintain accurate health records
- Implement and monitor health plans for students with chronic conditions
- Educate students and staff on wellness, hygiene, and disease prevention
- Participate in the development of emergency response plans
- Serve as a liaison between families, staff, and local health agencies
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethical standards
