Awaken Inspire Restore LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a part-time basis in Newnan, GA. Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established clinical protocols and care plans
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and health status
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by supervising physicians or NPs
- Assist with patient assessments and document findings accurately in medical records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team regarding care needs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized care environment in compliance with health regulations
- Support patient education and provide guidance on health management and wellness
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Georgia with atleast 2+ years
- Prior clinical nursing experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, medical terminology, and patient care standards
- IV experience required. You will be expected to start IV lines in clinic.
- Prior Authorization experience preferred for prescription medication.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused demeanor with a commitment to quality care
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a part-time schedule
- CPR/BLS certification preferred or required
