City of Hope in Georgia is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Continuity of Care Clinic on a PRN basis. You will provide oncology-focused nursing care, coordinate disease management, and support patients and families across the care continuum.
The role requires a Georgia RN license, BSN preferred or enrollment within 6 months, and BLS certification. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to assess, educate, and document plans of care in the EMR.
