RN Float Pool

Role:
Registered Nurse in the Float Pool, providing patient-centered care across multiple inpatient units.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for diverse patient populations.
• Adapt quickly to different clinical settings.
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and monitor patient status.
• Document care accurately in the EHR, ensuring safety and infection control standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Mentor peers and participate in ongoing training and professional development.

• Must be a licensed RN with relevant experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
