Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Newnan, GA. The General Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, inventory management, and financial performance. Responsibilities include ensuring excellent dining experiences, maintaining quality and safety standards, scheduling and training staff, and developing strategies to drive business growth. The General Manager will act as a leader and role model, fostering a positive team culture and promoting the Mellow Mushroom brand.

Qualifications
  • Leadership and team management skills, with experience in hiring, training, and leading a diverse team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting goals and maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Customer service excellence, with the ability to provide memorable dining experiences and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Experience in restaurant management, including handling budgets, inventory, and financial performance.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining quality and compliance.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • A commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture and upholding brand standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
