The Newnan retail store on Thomas Crossroads is looking for a hard‑working and dedicated Retail Associate – Cashier.

• Ensures each guest receives outstanding customer service.
• Assists customers with purchases and pricing.
• Operates the cash register system and applies basic math skills, including addition and subtraction of money.
• Understands item pricing and the “color of the week.”
• Maintains the sales floor and dressing room appearance by organizing shelves, putting away carts, and returning merchandise from the dressing room to the sales floor.
• Requests customers to “Round‑Up” totals in support of our mission and scholarship programs.
• Meets or exceeds daily retail store goals.
• Works other areas of the store as requested by the leadership team.

You will be hired as a Retail Associate – Cashier, but will be cross‑trained and expected to work all areas of the retail operation.

Part‑time positions average 20‑28 hours per week. Hours fluctuate based on business needs (seasonal changes, donation volumes, etc.). The Retail Associate – Cashier must be available to work any shift Monday through Sunday.

Requirements:

• Basic math skills.
• Prior experience in retail or customer service—preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED—preferred.
• Warehouse experience—preferred.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends.
