Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.;
Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs.;
Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy and manage buy online/ship to store and transfers.;
Handle special orders, outside purchases, and returns processing efficiently and according to procedure.;
Oversee store opening/closing duties, day end procedures, and secure deposits and building.
