As a Donor Door Greeter, you are responsible for welcoming and greeting all donors, safely taking in all donations, and assisting customers while staying engaged and communicating effectively. You will practice efficient processing of donation records using a hand‑held device and exhibit customer commitment and personal effectiveness.

Part–time (20‑25 hours per week)
Operating days fluctuate based on business needs. You must be available to work any shift Monday through Sunday.

• Greets donors quickly and efficiently with excellent customer service.
• Receives donated goods from donors by unloading vehicles and carrying in donated items.
• Provides receipts to donors and maintains accurate donation records using a hand‑held device.
• Organizes donations into bins as they are brought in to assist with accurate processing.
• Performs general housekeeping duties and keeps the work area neat and clean.
• Assists truck drivers when loading and unloading donations.
• Works in other areas of the store as requested by the leadership team.

• Average math skills.
• Ability to use a hand‑held electronic device.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Prior experience working in a retail or customer service–related environment; preferred.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Warehouse experience, preferred.

• Starting pay rate of $13.00 per hour.
