AE - Brand Ambassador; Sales Associate

Your Role

As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to deliver an amazing shopping experience to every guest, making their day better than when they arrived. You are the face of the company, proud of it, and passionate about building brand loyalty. You represent company values and bring your real self to work.

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and help them find what they need with a “friends first” mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between the sales floor, cashier, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist team members and work well together.
• Act with integrity and follow AEO policies & procedures.

• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Are available in evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Have prior retail experience.
• Are at least 16 years old.
