Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions, and assist with gaming needs; inform guests of promotions and promote loyalty programs;
Support store operations including visual merchandising, current sales initiatives, and guest relationships to drive sales and repeat business;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager;
Process guest purchases and returns using the POS system and ensure accurate transactions;
Assist in onboarding, training, and compliance to ensure staff are prepared for opening/closing shifts and meet company policies
