Your responsibilities:
- Building Relationships: Create lifelong connections with both internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Managing Your Own Termite Service Route: Handle day‑to‑day operations with excellent time management.
- Perform both pre‑construction and post‑construction termite treatments.
- Solve customer account issues and address future needs.
- Communicate regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Partner with internal teams like customer service, sales, and management.
- Apply appropriate products according to label standards.
- Safety First: Maintain a strong safety mindset when handling equipment and driving the company vehicle.
- Adhere to the NORTHWEST WAY, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.
- Act as a brand ambassador representing our values with every customer interaction.
- Starting Hourly Pay $16, a company vehicle, and a company cell phone.

QualificationsWhat you need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior experience necessary.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
- Ability to work in the field independently and manage route‑based assignments.
Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations.
- Safely use ladders up to 32 feet.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Operate company vehicle for extended periods; travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
- Work in all types of weather conditions.
