Security Officer Access Control Specialist

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery drivers by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to the location in accordance with posted procedures;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related events in required logs and reports;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter;
Support front gate and/or lobby operations by directing foot traffic, processing visitor check-in, issuing temporary badges, and communicating with site contacts regarding access requests and deliveries
