We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Installer to join our team and help drive our installation operations to new heights.
- Project Leadership:
Oversee installation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to company standards, timelines, and customer expectations. - Team Supervision & Training:
Lead and mentor a team of installers, providing hands‑on guidance, training, and support to ensure a cohesive, high‑performing crew. - Installation Excellence:
Execute installations for heating, air, and plumbing systems with precision, ensuring all work meets industry codes, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines. - Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough inspections of completed installations, addressing any issues promptly and ensuring that every project meets Progressive’s quality benchmarks. - Customer Interaction:
Act as a point of contact for clients during installation projects, clearly communicating progress, addressing questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with project managers, service technicians, and other team members to coordinate schedules, resources, and ensure seamless project execution.
- Proven Installation
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in installing heating, air, and plumbing systems. A strong background in similar roles is essential. - Leadership & Communication
Skills:
Demonstrated ability to lead a team, provide constructive feedback, and communicate effectively with both team members and customers. - Technical Proficiency:
Solid understanding of technical installation processes, building codes, and safety protocols. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. - Problem‑Solving
Skills:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve installation challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines. - Certifications & Licenses:
Relevant industry certifications and licenses preferred. A commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to industry best practices.
