Your day as a Senior Maintenance Tech begins with reviewing work orders and planning tasks. You will fix leaky pipes, diagnose electrical issues, replace faulty outlets, repair roofing, clean gutters, and perform carpentry repairs such as patching drywall or fixing doors. All tasks focus on maintaining and repairing existing homes, ensuring they are safe, functional, and comfortable for residents.
