As a Service Technician, you'll diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll help homeowners understand their options and make confident, informed decisions without pressure or gimmicks.

• Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems
• Communicating clearly with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams
• Keeping your truck clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Completing paperwork accurately and on time
• Participating in the on-call rotation
• Maintaining a clean, professional appearance
• Following safety standards and company procedures
• Attending training to sharpen your technical and customer skills
• Maintaining required licenses and certifications (or being willing to obtain them, we'll help)

• Solid HVAC experience and technical competence
• Strong communication skills with customers and teammates
• A clean driving record
• Pride in your work and your reputation
