Overview

Northwest Exterminating, a leader in termite and pest control, is hiring Termite Service Professionals. The position provides comprehensive training, independent field work, a company vehicle, and a competitive hourly pay that starts at $16.

• Build and maintain customer relationships, aiming for "Customers for Life" by delivering excellent service.
• Manage your own termite service route with strong time‑management skills:
• Perform pre‑construction and post‑construction termite treatments.
• Resolve customer account issues and anticipate future needs.
• Communicate regularly and consistently with customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as customer service, sales, and management.
• Apply products according to label standards.
• Maintain a strong safety mindset when handling equipment and operating the company vehicle.

• Adhere to the NORTHWEST WAY, upholding professionalism and customer care.
• Represent the company as a brand ambassador in every interaction.

• Starting hourly pay of $16, a company vehicle, and a company cell phone.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required.
• Minimum age 18.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company‑paid).
• Capacity to work independently in the field and manage route‑based assignments.

• Use ladders up to 32 feet and safely handle ladder weight limits.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Operate a company vehicle for extended periods; travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Work in various weather conditions.
