Maintenance Mechanic – Heating & Air Certified
ResponsibilitiesThe Maintenance Mechanic performs skilled, journeyman‑level maintenance tasks related to repairs, vacancy preparation, and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment. Work involves plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry, painting, refrigeration, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. The individual also performs construction, remodeling, and repair duties.
Qualifications• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance, construction, or heating and air system repair and installation.
• Certified in heating and air conditioning (required when applying).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be covered by the Authority’s insurance.
Salary and BenefitsSalary range: $18.50 – up negotiable.
Full‑time, permanent position with a 40‑hour work week.
