Job Description & How to Apply Below
Electromechanical Maintenance Specialist — Manufacturing
Location:
Newnan, GA Shift: 2nd shift
What a typical shift looks like
You clock in and scan the maintenance queue. First up: a conveyor showing intermittent faults. You review the schematic, isolate the issue with a multimeter on a 480V circuit, and replace a worn sensor. Next, a gearbox is running hot—bearings are due. You pull the unit, swap components, align the chain, and verify operation. Before break, you complete a preventive maintenance checklist on a press, greasing fittings and inspecting hydraulic lines.
Throughout the day, you document each task, coordinate with production to minimize downtime, and keep safety front and center.

- Ability to interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Comfort with precision measuring tools and diagnostic equipment (including a DMM).

- Self-starter who works well independently and in a team setting.
- Reliable attendance and an unwavering commitment to safety.
- Comprehensive onboarding alongside an experienced maintenance technician.
- Hands-on training on plant equipment and established procedures.
- Opportunities to broaden your skill set across a wide range of industrial systems.
