Ryder is hiring a Storeroom Attendant / Forklift Operator in Newnan, GA — offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a career you can feel good about.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

Various warehouse fulfillment specialist roles support distribution across the US. We want the right Warehouse Associate to join us at Ryder and work in the safest supply‑chain environment with state‑of‑the‑art equipment.

• Inbound products: bolts, cables, reels, wires, anchors, etc.
• Equipment: stand‑up and sit‑down forklifts, pallet jacks.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean driving record and personal vehicle; travel within the area 25‑50 % of the day
• Strong technical aptitude (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, scanners, WMS)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Can work indoors and outdoors
• 1+ year related warehouse or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid forklift operator license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work independently and in a team
• Dependable, punctual, accurate and detail‑oriented
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Work using health and safety methods; flexible schedule and shift work
• Valid driver’s license and meet Ryder’s driving qualifications

Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification, motor vehicle records check, a road test, or badging/background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting.
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Accurately pick, pack, audit, tote induction, staging of products, load/unload trucks.
• Manage daily paperwork in a warehouse environment (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hour of production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
