** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver product to customer job sites
* Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment readiness
* Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
* Wash down truck and manage concrete loads to meet quality and safety standards
* Represent the company professionally while prioritizing safety on every job site###
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to operate heavy vehicles safely and responsibly
* Strong understanding of job site safety practices and situational awareness
* Ability to follow instructions, routes, and schedules with attention to detail
* Effective communication skills and customer-focused mindset
* Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and working outdoors###
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing###
** Work Environment
