Ready Mix Driver What You’ll Be Doing

• Safely operate a ready‑mix concrete truck to deliver product to customer job sites.
• Perform daily pre‑ and post‑trip inspections to ensure equipment readiness.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate clearly with dispatch and customers.
• Wash down truck and manage concrete loads to meet quality and safety standards.
• Represent the company professionally while prioritizing safety on every job site.

• Demonstrated ability to operate heavy vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Strong understanding of job site safety practices and situational awareness.
• Ability to follow instructions, routes, and schedules with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and customer‑focused mindset.
• Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and working outdoors.

Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

$22.32 to $26.20 per hour
