Ready Mix Driver II

Safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites on schedule.

Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and routine vehicle inspections to support safe and reliable operations.

Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and site personnel to coordinate deliveries.

Accurately complete delivery tickets, logs, and other required documentation.

Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and exceptional customer service.

Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a safe driving record.

Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and follow DOT and company regulations.

Strong customer service and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing schedules and operational needs.

Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and dependable attendance.

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

$22.32 to $26.20 per hour
