** What You'll Be Doing
*** Safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites on schedule.
* Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and routine vehicle inspections to support safe and reliable operations.
* Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and site personnel to coordinate deliveries.
* Accurately complete delivery tickets, logs, and other required documentation.
* Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and exceptional customer service.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a safe driving record.
* Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and follow DOT and company regulations.
* Strong customer service and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing schedules and operational needs.
* Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and dependable attendance.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
