Warehouse Forklift Operator

NCW is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to support Transportation & Logistics operations within our clients' Warehouse & Manufacturing environments. In this role, you'll safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and move materials, support shipping and receiving, and maintain organized, efficient warehouse flow. You'll perform equipment inspections, follow OSHA and site safety standards, and assist with inventory and order staging. Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse
• Stage, organize, and store products according to inventory and shipping requirements
• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards at all times
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory counts to support on-time order fulfillment
• Collaborate with warehouse team and supervisors to meet productivity goals
