Controller, Accounting, Financial Compliance

We’re looking for a CPA‑credentialed accounting leader to take the reins for a Controller role for a client in Newport Beach, CA. The Controller will lead a large, talented team and own everything from month‑end close to executive reporting with a seat at the table alongside senior leadership.

• Lead all general accounting operations: GL, AP, payroll, month‑end close, and financial reporting
• Manage global banking relationships and the corporate credit card program
• Own the annual external audit, financial statements, and executive reporting packages
• Partner with the CFO and executive team on strategic projects and compliance
• Mentor and develop a large, multi‑functional accounting team

• Bachelor’s in Accounting + CPA required
• 10+ years in financial accounting and reporting
• Proven team leadership skills and executive‑level communication
• Microsoft Dynamics GP or Business Central experience a plus
