- Prepare and Review income tax returns for all types.
- Being involved with tax planning and consulting.
- Assisted the partners in finalizing and filing tax returns.
- Work and train the tax team on client projects.
- Manage multiple projects, clients and staff to meet deadlines.
- Deliver work products to clients. Communicate with clients and team about projects status, results of tax planning.
- Review bookkeeping to ensure the financials being used for tax return preparation are reasonably correct.
- Learn administrative, professional and interpersonal skills to the extent of being able to organize, analyze and communicate with others in a productive and efficient manner.
- Willing to learn, adapt and help others.
- Follow and contribute to our firm and department processes and procedures.
- Outgoing, positive attitude. We laugh a lot in the office.
- Strive for high quality and efficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience in the tax preparation and review process, from initial info receipt to final product delivery.
- Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
- Strong understanding in accounting.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and Adobe PDF.
Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
