LHH is actively seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator for a long-term contract with a top client in Costa Mesa. This onsite role supports the accounting team with customer account maintenance, invoicing, and payments processing.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables), and comfortable using multiple systems and customer portals. Data entry accuracy, organization, and teamwork are essential. Onsite work with competitive hourly compensation.
