Job DetailsOur client is seeking a Staff Accountant to support accounting and financial operations for a portfolio of commercial real estate properties. This role will handle property-level accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, and CAM-related activities while working independently from the Newport Beach office.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review monthly property financials and supporting schedules
- Perform bank, balance sheet, and account reconciliations
- Review accounts payable and property-level transactions
- Complete CAM reconciliations and upload annual CAM charges
- Allocate expenses across multiple properties/entities
- Maintain accurate accounting records and support month-end close
- Partner with property management and accounting leadership as needed
- 3+ years of Accounting or Finance experience
- 2+ years of Commercial Real Estate accounting experience
- Strong Yardi Voyager 7/8 experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Ability to work independently in a 100% on-site environment
- Tax experience

Requirements- 3+ years of Accounting/Finance experience
- 2+ years of Commercial Real Estate accounting experience
- Proficient with Yardi Voyager 7/8 experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Comfortable working independently in a fully on-site environment
- Tax experience
