A Newport Beach law firm is seeking an Entry-Level Client Services Associate to join their team. This position offers recent graduates an opportunity to gain hands-on legal experience in estate planning while providing exceptional client service. As the first point of contact, you will guide families through the planning process, assist attorneys with critical document preparation, and manage communications to ensure seamless operations.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a professional environment. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, at our Newport Beach office.
