Project Coordinator (Customer Service) – Furniture Division

We’re looking for a detail-driven Customer Service / Project Coordinator to support our Furniture Division. This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience in the furniture dealer industry or project coordination who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Prepare proposals and process orders across multiple vendors
• Track orders, schedule shipments, deliveries, and installations
• Coordinate projects from order placement through closeout and invoicing
• Communicate with Sales, Project Managers, Designers, vendors, and clients
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and organization

• 3+ years of furniture dealer or project coordination experience
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
• Professional communicator with a positive, client-focused demeanor
• Team Design/Khameleon software experience is a plus
