About the Position: The Sales Admin will support the Sales Director and Leasing Team in all administrative and customer service aspects of the leasing process. Ensure seamless communication, accurate reporting, and efficient execution of daily operations to achieve leasing goals and maintain exceptional service standards across the property. Serves as a key liaison between the leasing office, management, and residents, ensuring a professional, responsive, and detail-oriented approach to every interaction.
Key
Position Responsibilities:
- Handles incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from prospects and residents in a timely, professional manner.
- Provides direct support to the Sales team in lead tracking and document management,
- Maintains and updates leasing data, prospect communications, and follow-up schedules in CRM systems.
- Assists with scheduling tours, preparing lease paperwork, and coordinating move-in processes.
- Supports resident retention initiatives by tracking renewals, sending notices, and assisting with renewal offers.
- Weekend availability required.

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork ability

Compensation: $26-$28/hour
Location: The position is required to be onsite full-time at One Uptown Newport Apartments located at 4201 Jamboree Rd. Newport Beach, CA 92660.
Weekend availability required.
