Position: Personal Assistant for Private Entrepreneur

We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive personal and household support to a private principal based in Orange County. This role is designed to create structure, efficiency, and ease across the principal’s personal schedule, travel, and lifestyle logistics. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-trust environment, operates with sound judgment, and takes pride in anticipating needs while ensuring day‑to‑day matters run smoothly and seamlessly.

This position will work in close tandem with the House Manager, partnering to ensure alignment, continuity, and seamless execution across household and lifestyle operations.

Success in this role means personal scheduling and logistics running smoothly and predictably, with all moving parts thoughtfully coordinated behind the scenes. Household operations remain organized, structured, and proactively managed, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Travel and key commitments are prepared well in advance, creating a sense of ease and readiness. The assistant consistently anticipates needs before they are requested, operating with foresight and sound judgment.

Above all, the principal feels fully supported, confident, and unburdened by day‑to‑day logistics.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, coordinate, and maintain the principal’s personal calendar, appointments, and non‑business obligations, including reminders, materials, attire for meetings and events
  • Arrange personal and leisure travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries
  • Track deadlines, RSVPs, renewals, and follow‑ups
  • Oversee household organization and daily logistics including coordinating laundry, dry cleaning, wardrobe organization, and seasonal rotations
  • Schedule and manage household services, including cleaners, maintenance providers, vendors, deliveries, and repairs
  • Support home organization projects to maintain an efficient and polished living environment
  • Assist with errands, personal shopping, returns, gifting, and special requests
  • Build and maintain systems for household operations, personal documents, and routines
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, or similar support role, ideally for an executive or high‑profile individual with a complex personal schedule
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
  • Calm, solutions‑driven presence with strong judgment, reliability, and discretion
  • Comfort working closely with a principal in a high‑trust, personal support capacity
  • Tech‑savvy with calendars, scheduling tools, travel platforms, and task management applications
  • Highly proactive, detail‑oriented, and anticipatory work style
Schedule

Full‑time with flexibility required

Compensation

Up to $65+/hour, overtime, healthcare coverage, PTO
