Lien Specialist

Sweet James is a growing, fast-paced Orange County business looking for an outgoing, friendly hard-working Lien Specialist.

• Communicating with medical providers, health insurance companies, attorneys, and all other outstanding lien holders via phone, fax, and email
• Negotiate lien resolution within parameters set by the firm on behalf of clients
• Communicate and update clients with case status
• Organize, collect and document sensitive personal information
• Resolve and address customer concerns with professionalism
• General administrative duties as required

• Ideal candidates will have 1-3-year experience working in medical billing and/or collections

• Ideal candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with social media, internet research and/or writing desired.

• Experience with retrieval of data and adapting to various computer software
• Previous experience in customer service, sales or other related fields
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
