Executive Assistant

WE’RE HIRING: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT & RIGHT HAND TO THE FOUNDER

Trouvaille Imports is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to work directly alongside our founder and help lead the daily execution of our rapidly growing luxury interiors and garden brand.

This is not a traditional desk-only assistant role. We need someone highly organized, resourceful, emotionally intelligent, and genuinely energized by a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You must be able to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, manage shifting priorities, and follow every detail through to completion.

• Founder scheduling, communication, and daily priorities
• Showroom, warehouse, vendor, and team coordination
• Deliveries, installations, purchasing, and operational logistics
• Project timelines, task lists, and consistent follow-through
• Events, client appointments, and brand initiatives
• Research, errands, and occasional personal-assistant responsibilities
• Daily reporting, documentation, and keeping the founder informed

• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
• Proactive—you identify what needs attention before being asked
• Calm, polished, and solutions-focused under pressure
• Comfortable holding team members and vendors accountable
• An excellent written and verbal communicator
• Discreet, loyal, dependable, and highly accountable
• Flexible when business priorities shift
• Willing to jump in wherever needed—no task is beneath you
• Experienced supporting a founder, executive, or high-growth business

This position is fully on-site in Costa Mesa, California. It requires someone who understands that growing an extraordinary company takes urgency, ownership, flexibility, and heart.

Schedule:

Full-time, Tuesday–Saturday

Compensation: $[INSERT RANGE] annually, depending on experience
