Job Description
We’re expanding our Practice Management team and looking for a Regional Practice Lead (RPL). This is a high‑impact role responsible for ensuring newly acquired and existing offices fully adopt our Platform resources, meet their blueprint goals, and have a single, reliable point of contact for all operational, financial, and growth needs. Reporting to the Chief Practice Officer, this role ensures each office hits revenue and EBITDA targets, and receives consistent, reliable guidance on operations, growth, training, and integration.
The Regional Practice Lead (RPL) owns the performance and experience of a portfolio of offices (roughly 12, depending on complexity) and will work directly with MDs, advisors, operations teams, and other cross‑functional internal partners. The RPL is the first point of contact for office leaders and the internal quarterback who coordinates with Integrations, Advisor/MD Relations, Growth, Finance, HR, and Ops.
Responsibilities- Onboarding & Integration:
Run the standardized onboarding checklist and SOP for new offices. Drive time‑to‑value: billing setup, CRM readiness, comp clarity, reporting go‑live. Maintain the issues log; resolve or elevate quickly. - Blueprint Execution & Accountability:
Translate each office’s Blueprint into quarterly execution plans. Hold office leadership accountable in a direct but constructive way. Remove blockers and coordinate cross‑functional support. - Sales & Organic Growth:
Install and manage weekly sales pipeline cadence. Coach advisors on lead management, follow‑up, and conversion. Connect offices to Growth programs (campaigns, small HH strategy, etc.). - Financial & Operational Hygiene:
Ensure billing accuracy, pricing alignment, and budget adherence. Review EBITDA monthly and identify gaps vs plan. Monitor CRM data health and enforce standards. - Training & Career Path Development:
Ensure offices complete required advisor and ops training. Support development paths. Identify and surface office talent for succession and leadership roles. - Navigation, Communication & Issue Routing:
Serve as the go‑to resource for all questions. Coordinate with Integrations, Finance, MD Relations, Operations, HR and Growth. Maintain consistent communication rhythms (weekly, monthly, quarterly). - Risk Management:
Maintain a per‑office risk register. Escalate revenue, client, comp, or operational risks immediately. Track aging issues and ensure timely resolution.
- 5‑8+ years of strong operational or practice management background in a multi‑office or RIA environment.
- Ownership mentality; can prioritize outcome over activity.
- Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and build trust with advisors, MDs, and office leaders.
- Experience with onboarding, process rollout, or integration work.
- Familiarity with financial metrics (revenue, EBITDA, billing, pricing).
- Strong, proactive communication and relationship building skills.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, growth, multi‑office environment.
- Ability to manage multiple offices simultaneously and prioritize under pressure.
- Comfortable with dashboards, data integrity, and CRM/Platform tools.
