Personal Stylist Selling Manager

Summary

The Person al Stylist Selling Manager leads the Personal Stylist program at the location, building client relationships and growing the value of loyal clients. The role coaches stylists, drives business results, and oversees the styling studio's operations and client experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop Personal Stylists and potential candidates for the program.
• Coach stylists on client engagement, outreach, digital selling, product knowledge, and achieving business goals.
• Manage studio operations, inventory, special orders, and merchandise deliveries.
• Build community and brand relationships and partner on personalized client events and experiences.
• Support stylists in developing client relationships and managing stylist assistants.

Requirements

• Six to eight years of relevant experience; luxury retail fashion experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build, lead, motivate, and coach teams and achieve business results.
• Expertise in selling across product categories and strong product knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A four-year degree is preferred.
