Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Project Superintendent servicing Orange County and the neighboring cities. The Project Superintendent will oversee daily construction activities, ensure project quality and adherence to timelines, and uphold safety standards. Responsibilities include managing construction teams, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders. The role also involves scheduling and monitoring project resources to achieve successful project completion.
Qualifications- Strong supervisory skills and the ability to effectively lead and manage construction teams
- Comprehensive understanding of commercial construction processes and techniques
- Expertise in quality control and maintaining exceptional project standards
- Proficiency in construction safety practices and implementation of safety protocols
- Experience in scheduling and efficient resource allocation
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Prior experience as a Superintendent in Commercial and Residential construction.
