• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and field staff to maintain schedules, resolve issues, and enforce safety protocols.
• Conduct daily site meetings, monitor progress, and proactively address potential delays or conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and local building codes.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, safety logs, and quality control records.
• Review and interpret construction plans and specifications to ensure proper execution in the field.

• 3-10 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction.
• Ability to read plans - interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Proficiency in construction management software, with Procore experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage field teams and subcontractors effectively.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial building processes, safety regulations, and scheduling.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and communication skills to drive project success.

Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year.
