Electrical Estimator

DPR Construction is seeking an Electrical Estimator with at least 5 years of experience on commercial construction projects. This role involves creating detailed estimates for projects in our core markets, including healthcare, advanced technology, bio‑pharmaceutical, and corporate office, and working closely with the Orlando regional management team and the pre‑construction estimating team.

• Conceptual budgeting for electrical components.
• Design development and construction document estimating, including quantification and pricing.
• Interaction with the subcontractor community.
• Presentation of estimates and budgets to owners and consultants.
• Preparation and analysis (scoping) of electrical bid packages.

• At least 5+ years of experience as a commercial construction electrical estimator within DPR’s core market projects.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Timberline and On‑Screen Takeoff is a plus.
• Excellent listening and strong communication skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Effective participation in a team environment and a flexible, detail‑oriented approach.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
• A strong work ethic and a “can‑do,” solution‑oriented attitude.
