Shift Time: 8:00am to 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)
Dress Code: Clean, safe work attire typical of facilities. Collared shirts, sturdy pants, closed-toed shoes. Everything should be clean and free of holes and stains.
Driving:
No Driving/travel is required
Interview Type:
Interviews will be virtual via TEAMS.
Skillset: Customer Service Driven, Lift Push and Pull up to 50lbs, Work in a team environment, Familiar with Service Now, Outlook, Zoom & Slack Chat and Meeting environment, Professional Written and Verbal communication.
Work order monitoring via Service Now, Lending support to other business units, Resolving facility requests such as light bulb replacements, plumbing issues, HVAC issues, etc.
Assist with office moves, Inventory monitoring and order support.
Someone who is professional in demeanor, customer service skills, previous facilities experience is strongly desired, strong communications skills, both verbal and written, a person with keen organization skills would be successful in this role.
There will be lifting, pushing and pulling up to 50lbs, walking, standing, and kneeling/squatting.
Use of basic hand tools.
This is a managed service environment, but the contingent worker will be working in our clients' offices.
Parking passes are issued by the client (parking will be validated by the client until issuance of the parking pass).
Currently projected through the end of April 2026 but is likely to be extended.
Typically
Required:
-
Requires high school diploma or GED and1-2 years of related work experience.
- Some related custodial, maintenance and office experience is preferred.
- May require a valid driver’s license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per client policy. Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. Capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Good customer service skills. Good organization skills. Versatile, dexterous and able to operate hand tools. Ability to follow directions. Ability to work as a team or individually.
