Gallery Host - Fashion

Summary

Provide world-class service to guests at the Gallery, represent the brand through polished communication and professionalism, and support smooth front-of-house operations including greeting, check-in and concierge functions.

• Greet and engage clients as they enter the Gallery delivering exceptional service
• Answer guest questions about Interior Design Services and connect them with appropriate Associates
• Manage check-in for design appointments and restaurant waitlist and provide coat and umbrella check
• Provide occasional concierge service and handle valet validation
• Set up and break down the Gallery host station and monitor gallery areas for cleanliness and safety
• Assist with onsite and offsite events as needed
• Provide feedback on guest comments or escalations to leadership

• 2+ years of related experience
• Willingness to learn new tasks and services
• Energetic, accountable and team oriented
• Reliable, dependable and responsible with ability to multitask
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods
