The Gallery Host welcomes guests and provides polished, world-class service at the RH Gallery. This role helps guests navigate the Gallery and connect with appropriate services while maintaining a safe, clean, and inviting environment.
Responsibilities- Greet and engage guests, answer questions about Interior Design Services, and connect them with the appropriate Associate.
- Provide way finding, check-in, coat and umbrella check, occasional concierge service, and valet validation.
- Set up and break down the host station and monitor Gallery areas for cleanliness, safety, and code compliance.
- Assist with events and share guest feedback or escalations with leadership.
- At least 2 years of related experience.
- Energetic, accountable, dependable, and team-oriented, with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
