  • Coordinate with external consultants including structural, MEP, civil, and landscape teams
  • Review consultant drawings for quality, accuracy, and coordination
  • Assist with feasibility studies, test fits, space planning, and site evaluations
  • Support projects through schematic design, design development, and construction administration phases
  • Review and assist with responses to shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals
  • Participate in site visits, construction meetings, and punch walks to monitor progress and quality
  • Ensure compliance with local zoning codes, building codes, accessibility requirements, and municipal regulations
  • Maintain consistency with internal design standards and operational requirements
  • Support project schedules, budgets, and document control processes

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of professional architectural experience
  • Active California Registered Architect (RA) license required
  • Strong background in commercial architecture
  • Residential or mixed-use experience a plus

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
  • Solid understanding of construction documents, building systems, and permitting processes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Ideal Candidate Profile
