Position: PROJECT MANAGER, COMMUNITY

Little

A position you’ll love:
  • You enjoy managing education projects from beginning to end.
  • You will have primary client relationship duties. Work with Principal and Sr. Designers to achieve client goals.
  • Your focus will be on Project Management for an ongoing body of work.
  • Manage support staff and consultants to produce and execute extraordinary work.
  • You’ll be responsible for client interaction, proposal writing, budget and schedule management, team coordination, consultant coordination and quality control.
  • Your work will include a variety of tasks including some design, production and construction administration responsibilities.
  • Some travel will be required.
QUALIFICATIONS Ideal candidates will have the following

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university;
  • 8+ years of professional design experience; 3+ years of project management experience;
  • CA Architectural license preferred or on registration track;
  • Experience creating and developing overall design concepts and formulating design presentation strategies with understanding of multiple project typologies;
  • An emphasis on California schools and higher education projects involving DSA required;
  • Strong organization, communication and presentation skills are a must; and
  • Proficiency in Revit;
    Sketch Up, and programs used to prepare presentation documents such as PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) strongly preferred.
