We’re looking for a Director of Paid Media to own and scale Dry Water’s paid growth engine across digital channels. This role is both strategic and hands-on, responsible for driving customer acquisition, efficiency, and performance across platforms while building a repeatable, scalable paid media system.
You’ll work closely with Creative, Ecommerce, Brand, and Data teams to align media strategy with compelling creative, ensuring paid media fuels both near-term performance and long-term brand growth.
Responsibilities- Own paid media strategy and execution across platforms including Meta, Google, Tik Tok, You Tube, and emerging channels
- Manage and allocate significant media budgets, balancing scale, efficiency, and profitability
- Build and optimize full-funnel media strategies (prospecting, retargeting, conversion)
- Partner closely with Creative to develop, test, and scale high-performing ad creative
- Establish testing frameworks, experimentation roadmaps, and performance benchmarks
- Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable optimizations
- Forecast spend, growth, and performance impact in partnership with Finance
- Lead, mentor, and develop internal media buyers and external agency partners
- Stay ahead of platform updates, privacy changes, and industry best practices
- Support retail and product launches through paid media where applicable
- 7+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing
- Proven track record scaling paid media budgets while maintaining or improving efficiency
- Deep expertise across Meta, Google, and Tik Tok;
You Tube and retail media a plus - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making
- Experience leading teams or managing agencies
- Strong creative intuition and ability to guide creative strategy through performance insights
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

- Full-time, in-office role based in Irvine, California

- Compensation: $140K - $160K per year + additional performance-based bonuses
