We are seeking experienced Project Managers to join our Furniture Division in both
LA and Orange County
. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of furniture dealer industry experience
, a strong project management background, and a sales-oriented mindset. This role requires exceptional organization, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

• Manage all project logistics from pre‑award through installation and closeout
• Create and maintain project schedules and attend construction meetings
• Coordinate with Account Managers, Project Coordinators, Designers, and Field Teams
• Communicate effectively with vendors, subcontractors, and industry partners
• Oversee multiple projects while maintaining accuracy, timelines, and accountability

• 3–5 years of furniture dealer industry experience
• Proven project management background with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• AutoCAD and CAP 2020 experience is a plus
• Collaborative, proactive, and detail‑driven
